Millersville University: Fall Fling/Millersville Marketplace

Alumni Services seeks local artists (fine art, photography, crafts, etc.) to participate in Fall Fling/Millersville Marketplace during Millersville University's 2010 Homecoming celebration. The event takes place Saturday, October 23, 2010, 11:30am-4:00pm, and is open to the public. Each paying vendor will be provided with a space to sell their orginal artwork or craft items. Eastern Market: Artists' Second Saturdays

Artists may submit up to three works for the 2011 juried show Inside Outside, a broad interpretation of space and place on the edge and in between. Exhibition runs May 13 - June 19, 2011. Winner of the Juror's Awardwill receive a cash prize and a solo show at GoggleWorks and a cash prize. Cash prizes also awarded to second and third place. $35 entry fee..

Regional and international call for submissions. Emphasis on sculpture, accepting multiple media, including 2D. KACC is looking for artists to exhibit their work. Open to all artists. Painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, graphics, digital and installation art are eligible. Accepted artists are responsible for shipping to and from the gallery as scheduled for the exhibit. We invite artists who create recycled art, found object art, or any other "green-themed" art to sell at Eastern Market's annual skillshare, A Harvest of Sustainable Skills, free of charge. We are hosting a day of workshops on urban sustainability including seed saving, canning, city tree planting, winterizing your garden, and more! 9am-2pm, you must bring your own table, chairs, and setup.
