Fall ArtWalk 2009 Feedback Survey

At the end of the weekend, please tell us about your Fall ArtWalk experience.

Complete the feedback survey and drop it off at the LancasterARTS kiosk at Prince & Chestnut Sts., Gallery Row. You'll have a chance to win a pair of tickets to the Fulton Theatre or an overnight stay at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. Winners will be drawn at random and notified in the week following the event.

Feedback survey forms will also be available at the LancasterARTS kiosk throughout the weekend.
